  • I installed Cube Panel for Linux, but I cannot create new email accounts. How can I solve it?

You have probably changed your server's hostname after installing Cube Panel and therefore disable the email system. In that case, you should execute configNetwork.sh script located at /*CUBEPANEL_INSTALLDIR*/app/procws/bin/ that will reconfigure cyrus admin.

    Script usage:

  • Can I manage subdomains using Cube Panel?

From version 2.2.6, Cube Panel allows subdomains management. Create them in the usual way that you create domains, go to the client panel, "Manage Domains" module, click on "New Domain" and insert the subdomain name in the domain name field. Note that subdomains created this way count as normal domains to your license limits.

Version 3.0 allows you to create subdomains from each domain panel, inside the domain home folder on the server, using "Subdomain" icon on the domain panel. Domains created this way are not counted as normal domains to the domain number limit on your license.
